Emily Zhu is a veteran marketing professional and a seasoned investor who has international speaking experience in real estate development, capital markets, law, and venture capital. Ms. Zhu has been helping to launch more than $500 million worth of new real estate projects in New York City each year. She has been featured in Wealth Management Magazine as one of the 14 most influential women in real estate in 2022. Her marketing initiative has led each project under her management to become the number one top selling or the top performing in sales volume in each of the last three consecutive years. Ms. Zhu currently serves as the Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Committee of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

 

Between 2015 and 2019, she has raised more than $100 million in EB-5 capital from a diverse range of investors from China, Brazil, India, UAE, Turkey, and Vietnam. Ms. Zhu has been invited to speak with audiences around the world ranging from investors to executives, and at universities such as Baruch College and Fordham University School of Law.
